1. The Proposal
The hospitality market has experienced a significant shift in recent years, with an increased focus on design and aesthetics. Nowadays, travelers are not only seeking comfortable accommodations but also a unique experience that reflects their personalities and styles. Stereotypes about a boring, typical hotel bar can now be changed with the right design.
It is lucky for us to merge these ideals in renovating the hotel lounge of Le Meridien Saigon Hotel as the role of Project Manager.

2. The Idea & Inspiration
Located right next to the Saigon River, the hotel inspired us to create a "vibe-brew" experience: to immerse customers in the flow of the city’s river and metropolis culture. The task of fusing a vibrant modern style and culture but trendy while staying true to the inspiration of prosperity motivated us to go for bold colors, different textures, and patterns within the design.
Upon entering the lobby, the design influence is clear - the weaving rattan pivot doors and organic elements make you feel like stepping into a wild jungle gateway.

In the tropical background, the standing bar & the sunken seats in the middle of the space surrounded by floral botanical elements will trigger customers with the feeling of stepping into a hidden get-away island.
A tranquil terrace space that seems like a peninsula in the midst of a bustling city. Surrounded by towering buildings and the sound of honking cars, this outdoor oasis is the perfect escape. With lush greenery, comfortable seating, and ambient lighting, it's an ideal spot for relaxing, reading, or catching up with friends.

3. The Finale
Within only 4 months and a total of 350 sqm, this challenging project required a high level of skills & effort to deliver a tribute to modern botanical aesthetics.
We hope this new site offers a glimpse into Le Meridien Hotel's values & excellency, and highlights our nonstop creativity & endeavor in the past 5 years.
