In January 2019, Estella Heights, developed by the Singaporean Keppel Land, released its two new apartment towers (T3 and T4). Ms Veronica, international real estate investor based in Hong Kong with her family, purchased a 3-bedroom apartment in the new Tower 3 as real estate investment.
Ms Veronica, working with CBRE for her property management, got introduced to Connecty by her CBRE real estate agent to furnish her apartment for leasing.

As first step, we start to exchange some emails with Ms Quynh to fully understand the purpose of the apartment, budget and timeline. Then, with the help of the real estate agent to open the door, our team goes to measure the apartment to know the dimensions of the furniture to choose.

Following the on-site inspection, Ms Quynh gets into a call with us to confirm the requirements and design preferences. After gathering all information, our team spend 5 days to work on the furnishing proposal including layout, color palette and material board matching the budget and potential tenants’ taste.

After finalising the furniture proposal, quotation and contract, we start coordinating with the furniture factory to start the furniture production.
In parallel, with the help of the real estate agent, we register with the building management office and pay the deposit payment to get the construction and furniture installation approval document.
The construction and furnishing approval form usually takes 7 days to be delivered.

During the wall painting, lighting installation, furniture delivery and installation, Ms Quynh receives from us a report every day on Whatsapp. The daily report updates her about the progress of the work, pictures of the work done during the day and work to be done for the next day. Knowing that Ms Quynh is not based in HCMC, the daily report is an important communication tool to update her about the project progress.

After 21 days of construction, furnishing and cleaning, Ms Quynh receives a handover note including pictures and videos of the apartment and each furniture and equipment. We invite Ms Quynh’s real estate agent to do the on-site handover inspection with the handover checklist.
After completion of the handover, we activates the one-year warranty for all the work done in the apartment. The warranty covers any technical defect of the furniture, lighting and equipments provided by Connecty.
