We converted a 4-bedroom (+1 maid bedroom) apartment into a 1-bedroom on only but integrated fully smart furniture accessories, smart home system, sound around and all embedded equipments (except the fridge and TVs).
Well we never do an apartment for 1 year, this one takes 1 year to design, plan and execute.
